We are a consulting company who services oracle DBA services to our customer.
We have a lot of partners who have to have access to our knowledges.
I would like to open them a community site where they can share their experiences and problems.
Of course There are some partners who has contract with us. This is a certain level.
We would like to extend our services via joomwall, but we would like to ask money from the newcomers. 1st a liitle, but after more.
We can provide remote and onsite DB support, but the users have to buy our service in advance in certain level.
we would not like to develop an own plattform ,bacause it is expensive, and we have to take care of the update and maintain it. It is better to choose a plattform, which is developed and taken care by experts.
Therefore I would like a possibility for several level of access, and some kind of paypal paying possibility for service paying.
The several level: 1. creating categories which is restricted for 1 level user, but not for 2 level, and after make an other category which is restricted for 2 level user but for 3 level user.. and so on.
The 1 level should be able to post 10 problem, but not able to connect our consultant with private messages.
The level 2 should be able to post 20 problem and they can post 10 private messages or service request to our consultant.
and so on....
I am a mathematician the model should like on a dating site. Initiate the connection, pay for changing information with each other, pay for publishing video or so on, but the packaging should not be a dating site. The package should be like your look like.
May ask that how much would be cost to develop the required remaining components (module or plugin) for this service solution to my company.
