At Dashbite, we want to ensure you are 100% happy with your product. If you have any technical or sales queries please contact us through the pre-sale forum or a Private Billing ticket.

Since Dashbite is offering non-tangible goods we do not issue refunds or exchanges after the software has been downloaded, which you are responsible for understanding upon registering at our site.
Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software are delivered instantly once payment is received it is impossible for you to return a digital product for a refund. Accordingly, it is our policy that once we have distributed a release version to a customer, the sale is final. Please be cautious and make sure you know what you are purchasing.

If you have found a bug..
Should you find a bug in any of our software, please report it in our technical support
. Depending on the severity of the bug we will either fix it in the next version or we will issue a patch to resolve the bug. Finding a bug is not a reason to request a refund.
"Your software is not what I need" Basis...
Under no circumstances we will provide refunds on "your software is not what I need" basis, if you just change your mind or choose not to use our product, or if you subsequently decide that our product does not suit your needs.

We do not issue refunds if:
- You find a bug
- You just change your mind and want your money back
- You choose not to use our product
- You find that our product doesn't suit your needs (We have live demos available for you before purchasing)
- Our working hours are not compatible with yours
- You violate our Term of Use
Dashbite reserves the right to approve refunds in the following cases ONLY:
However, we understand that it is impossible for us to test our software on every server platform and every server configuration it may encounter. Therefore if the dashbite Support staff is unable to get our software up and running on your server in the first 7 working days after first submission of a support ticket notification to Dashbite Support staff then Dashbite Support will happily give you a refund.
in order for us to fully debug and install the software, You must provide us with:
- Full access to your FTP
- Joomla Admin consoles
If you cant give us this access in a timely and cooperative manner then we will not be able to give you a refund.
Refunds are only issued to the same email address & transaction fee will be deducted from the purchased.
